Click the image above to open the GaETC Session Schedule. Some sessions have documents, handouts, and links connected with them that provide extra help on that topic. Feel free to peruse the sessions for those that interest you and download their handouts.
To the right is an example of a video created with Animoto.com. Animoto allows you to upload images and add a song and they create a video for you with those images. If you want to add text the best option is to create a slide on PowerPoint and save it as an image then load it into the Animoto. |

To the left is an example of a review game created using Zondle.com. Zondle allows you to add questions and answers to a format which is then turned into a game for the students to play. Once you add all your questions and answers you pick a game format and Zondle puts your questions into the game. You can then share the game or embed it into your website. |
To the right is an example of a vocabulary and term review game I created using Quizlet. Quizlet is both a website and an app for the iPad. It allows you to put terms and a definition into game formats. The formats you can choose are: flashcards, scatter, learn, test, space race, and speller. As you can see, after the game is created you can embed it into your website. Students are able to create their own logins and play your (and others) games as well as create their own to demonstrate understanding of the content. |

To the left is a link to SnappySignUp. This website allows you to create online sign-ups for your parent-teacher conferences. You are able to set dates and times and send it out to parents through email or provide them with a link to the calendar or an access number. This is a great tool as it allows parents to pick the best date and time for their schedule and takes away all the time you would spend calling parents to set up these conferences.
